- Essentials: Please bring your own swimwear and towel with you. We do not provide you with a robe but you are welcome to bring your own with you.
- Toiletries: Shampoo/conditioner and body wash are provided for you.
- Towel and Robe: Towel and robe will not be included unless you are booking a spa day including treatments. Towel and Robe hire is available.
Medical Information
- Pre-booking Check: For your well-being, it is crucial to inform us of any relevant medical history at the time of booking. Once you book your Thermal spa experience with us you will receive a booking confirmation. We kindly ask that you complete the online consultation form on the link in the email prior to arrival.
- Restrictions: Guests who are pregnant cannot use the Thermal Spa Experience. Additionally, a doctor’s note is required if you are being treated for any of the following conditions:
- Heart conditions.
- Cancer.
- Liver problems.
- Kidney disease.
- Recent Surgery: Please inform us if you have had any recent operations.
